The event begins at 6:30 p.m. with a Jameson Whiskey-themed cocktail with Jameson Black Barrel – The Storyteller as the signature cocktail.
The following HORS D’OEUVRES will be served until 7:00
Scotch Egg - Italian Sausage, Mustard Sauce
Pork Cheek Rillettes - Lardo, Crostini, Radish
Poached Pear - Parmesan Crisps, Prosciutto, Jameson-Wild Honey Vinaigrette
Dinner follows at 7:00 with an innovative four-course meal
First Course:
Braised Wagyu Short Rib Ravioli, Beef Consommé, Enoki Mushroom, Yellow Pea Shoots
Served with RedBreast 12-Year-Old Irish Whiskey – Neat
Second Course:
Mount Cook Salmon, Turnip Confit, Whiskey Glaze, Chanterelle Mushroom, Pumpernickel Crumbs
Green Spot Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey – Neat
Third Course:
Seared Scallops, Cauliflower Puree, Watermelon Radish and Bordelaise Sauce
Midleton Very Rare Irish Whiskey – Neat
Fourth Course:
Flourless Chocolate Torte, Cognac Coulis, Orange Crumble, Raspberry Gelato
Jameson Caskmates – Irish Coffee
Each guest who attends will receive a commemorative bottle of Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey.
There will also be a special performance by singer/musician Corrine Oliviia.
