Spa Indaba at Innisbrook Golf and Spa sort

Last weekend I had the opportunity to stay at Innisbrook Golf and Spa Resort. We had a great mini-vacation filled with delicious food, spa treatments and golf. On Sunday while the boys played golf, the girls relaxed at Spa Indaba. My Mother in Law and I had an amazing morning, the best way to end our stay at Innisbrook.
Spa Indaba is a full service spa with every treatment imaginable, including a Golf Ball massage! I started off the morning with a visit to Indaba's Eucalyptus steam room and spa. This was the best way to being my Spa experience. Next time I am feeling congested, I may pay Indaba a visit!

With so many spa options to choose from, I decided to go with a signature treatment, the Indaba Signature Ritual. Signature treatments are how I like to be introduced to a new spa and I was not let down at Indaba. The Signature Ritual treatment began with a massage,  with Argan and Acacia body cream. Followed by a Morocca Argan oil scalp massage and finished with an Ootanga foot scrub. It was a perfect hour long treatment and I left feeling 110% relaxed.
Couples Treatment Room
My Mother in Law got a pedicure while at Spa Indaba. There were so many unique choices, such as Ice Cream Social (hydrating soak with ME Bath Ice Creme, body icing and served with a dish of ice cream); African JuJu (exotic African oils, Baobab and Red Tea soak, Avocado and Ootanga scrub and a Watermelon-Banana masque); Coco-Luscious (coconut scrub and tropical body butter).

After our treatments, we met back up in the relaxation lounge for a spa lunch. The Spa lunch menu offered a variety of options including salads, wraps and cheese tray's. Wine and Mimosa's were also available. We split a Oven Roasted Chicken Wrap along with a Cheese Tray. Of course we couldn't leave without a Mimosa :) It was Sunday after all.

Indaba is Zulu for “gathering place,” and there’s no better place to gather with your friends for some pampering.

Relaxation Labyrinth
We were definitely impressed with our experience at Spa Indaba. The Staff went out of their way to make our visit perfect. We even got to do a little shopping in their Lobby while waiting out the rain. We were introduced to a line of skincare called Eminence Biodynamic out of Hungary. I am now using their Lemon Grass Cleanser which I LOVE.

Just because you’re on vacation doesn’t mean your exercise regimen has to take a break.

There is also a fitness center at Spa Indaba which is perfect for those who travel while Marathon training such as yours truly. The new Fitness Center is 4,800-square-foot and features elliptical machines, exercise bikes, treadmills and free weight equipment. There are also classes available such as Body Sculpting, Pilates, Yoga, Zumba and Aqua Aerobics.
