The setup was easy peasy. You download the Armour39 app to your smart phone, create your profile and attach the Armour39 module into the chest strap. Put your chest strap on, connect to bluetoooth and perform a 10 minute assessment. Now you are ready to work out. Select workout and your every move will be tracked. One great thing about Armour39 is that it stores your data even if you’re not close to your phone. When you get back in range, it transmits your info to the App automatically.

So for 2:14, I had an average heart rate of 140, peaking at 180 (assuming that is when I ran ahead of my Mom to stand in line for character photo opps). My average intensity was 54% and I had 1155 workout calories, funny as I thought that number was a bit high and my Mom said "That's it!?" At the end of your workout you get an overview, a heart rate summery and intensity layout based on the time of the workout.
As I mentioned above, I forgot about the device being on. You also couldn't tell I was wearing it. It was very comfortable and didn't stick out while wearing it. I did feel like Iron Man upon turning the device on - when the UA symbol lit up under my shirt! This is a great fitness gadget :)
