Chilled Avocado Soup and a Wholly Guacamole #Giveaway

It's no secret that I am a huge fan of Wholly Guacamole. I have been part of their social media program for the past year and have introduced plenty of my readers to their amazing product line. This past week, Gabe's family was in town from Georgia. He has a 9 year old cousin who is a self proclaimed guac snob. At first, he turned his nose up to packaged guacamole. After one bite, he consumed two 7oz containers of Wholly Guacamole in the matter of 15 minutes.

The great thing about Wholly Guacamole is that aside from using it as a traditional dip with chips, you can use it in many recipes. Wholly Guacamole has a youtube channel with many videos, showing you how to use your guac in non traditional ways.

As soon as I saw the Wholly Guacamole youtube channel, I knew I had to make Chilled Avocado Soup as seen in the video above. The hardest part of this recipe was waiting the 30 minutes for the soup to chill in the refrigerator. This was the easiest recipe I have ever made and it was delicious.
